This is your chance to indulge in a day full of Holistic therapies and arts and crafts spiritual goodies and taster sessions of Bowen therapy, Reiki, mediumship, clairvoyance, hypnotherapy, tarot readings, yoga, sound therapy and of course some lovely food.

About the event
Celebrating the well-being of Mind, Body & Spirit, we showcase over 50 exhibitors providing taster treatments, gifts and food and a packed timetable of free yoga classes, sound baths, talks and workshops. There will be Reiki, Massage, Healing, Acupuncture and other Holistic Therapies on offer, hot Vegan and Vegetarian food provided by a range of caterers from across the world and Tarot and Psychic readers, with lots more in between. Did we mention crystals too?!
