Went to the Health & Healing event in Pudsey in February 2024. Saw Tariq who is part of Prestige Wellbeing. I had a Bowen Therapy treatment for my left trapezius muscle which I injured whilst running years ago and always aching or niggling. Also my left hip aches after walking too far. I had surgery on my feet in 2013 for arthritis so I suffer planter fasciitis and aching feet daily. The treatment was calm and relaxing. I could feel the pressure of touch, not uncomfortable or painful.
I can honestly say after 3 weeks, my back feels so much better, my feet have not ached and my walking is easier. I would definitely recommend Tariq and his treatments and I have passed his details on to other back/body pain sufferers as i truly believe he alleviated the muscular and bone pain that I was feeling. I have suffered from Sciatica a number of times over the years. the last time I had the issue (3 years ago) I had to have 4 visits to a Chiropractor over a couple of months.
Getting out of my car recently it happened again. The next day I was in agony (anyone who has suffered Sciatica will know this pain!) I put a post on Facebook asking for the strongest pain killers known to man to help ease the pain.
Tariq (who I have known for nearly 20 years) contacted me offering Bowen Treatment. Having never heard of it, I decided to do some research into it. Having read as much as I could I was sceptical. How can this possibly work? Especially given my previous treatments.
Anyway, as I was in so much pain I thought there is nothing to lose. I visited Tariq and he began the treatment. After the first session, I was still thinking how the hell can this possibly work. Tariq advised me that it will get worse before it gets better and that I needed one more session. I thought to myself OK well we have started so we might as well continue. The first session was on Wednesday, by Saturday I was 90% better!
Then came the second session which was again on Wednesday, by Friday I was completely healed!
I have not got a clue how it works but I can 100% recommend Tariq and Bowen Treatment. No more pain and I feel so much more flexible, I have literally got my life back all thanks to Tariq.

I had a treatment today with Tariq. I went in with both my hips giving me problems, so bad as to warrant me using two ramblers sticks for walking. My right hip just gives way anytime and getting up off the setee was also a problem. Also middle back ache and shoulder pain.
I was very impressed by his knowledge, expertise, and professionalism. After working on me I came out walking straight up again and walking normally with no pain; shoulder and neck pain eased too.
I truly can't believe the difference in me. You take something as simple as walking for granted until you can't do it anymore. Now I am very hopeful for the future and been able to walk my dog again. So looking forward to my next treatment and would recommend Tariq if you are in pain.
