Delivery

• Standard delivery timeframe is approximately  14 - 28 days 

• In some cases, delivery may take longer due to international logistics, customs, or courier delays.

Important Notice

Once an order has been placed and processed, it is immediately prepared for dispatch by the supplier.

As a result, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once shipped.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of supplier fulfilment:

• Refunds are not available once an order has been dispatched

Returns are only considered in the case of:

• Manufacturing defects

• Faulty units upon arrival

Any issues must be reported within 24-48 hours of delivery, with:

• Photos of the packaging

• Video evidence of the product condition

We will then work directly wit the supplier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
