Welcome to the Newcastle Well Being Show - Mind Body and Soul Experience, 2025 - where Visitors can connect with Community Members and enjoy the experience. A 2 day Well Being Show - Mind Body & Soul Experience, held in large & spacious venue, plenty of room for exhibitors and visitors, dedicated talk areas for a programme of free talks, presentations, demonstrations and music - set out for comfort of Visitors.

Stalls are set up in the Grandstand Hall - excellent facilities -cafe area for hot and cold food, snacks and drinks and a whole host of interesting stands for Visitors to browse - retail, therapies, readers, authors, information stands. The Venue is easily accessible from all major routes and there is spacious and ample free parking close to the Venue.
